Michael Ritter, Founder and President of Team One Services, has more than 30 years of progressive retail and manufacturing experience. He is a competitor with the depth of knowledge and stamina to get results. He finds it personally rewarding to deal directly with entrepreneurs who, like himself, champion their businesses.
Mr. Ritter's experience encompasses the management of an OEM automotive manufacturing plant for a billion dollar corporation and a variety of management positions dealing with continuous process improvement, time and motion studies, and work cell concepts. He was responsible for product line transfers and a plant start up in Tennessee.
Mr. Ritter's purchase of a heating oil distributorship and multiple C stores is what inspired the development of Team One Taskmaster. Mr. Ritter's Team One Food Store in Hillsdale, Michigan was featured in the October 1998 issue of Convenience Store Decisions Magazine.
Mr. Ritter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in science and geography from Western Michigan University. He grew up in Michigan, lives in Florida and enjoys golf, biking, and windsurfing.
Elaine Chester, Co-owner and Vice President of Operations for Team One Services, has more than 25 years experience blending technology and business processes to make companies more efficient. With her manufacturing and food service industry experience, she is a leader who visualizes procedures and takes charge of solutions for every quality control issue.
As a certified ISO9000 Lead Auditor, Ms. Chester has successfully implemented quality systems leading three companies to ISO9001 certification. Managing large development teams, she implemented Inventory Control Systems (MRP) reducing inventory and increasing cycle counts from 45% accuracy to consistently 98-99%.
Developing procedures and conducting trainings lead to successful implementation of various computer systems and programs including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and, PowerPoint. As project leader, Ms. Chester simplified the complicated implementation of People Soft for the entire corporation, within an aggressive timeline.
Ms. Chester holds a Bachelor of Science degree in organizational management from Tusculum College. She grew up in Michigan, lives in Tennessee and enjoys golf, hiking, skiing, biking, and gardening. She is committed to a detailed process for clients to gain insight and control over all aspects of their business.

Carmen Hannah, Co-owner and Vice President of Training for Team One Services, has over thirty years of experience in education. At the classroom, building, district and state level, her passion for teaching and learning has empowered a variety of audiences. She is a creative thinker who is constantly searching for innovative solutions to today's business challenges. Adding an element of fun to ensure engagement is a top priority in her training philosophy.
Ms. Hannah's professional training includes Peter Senge's 'Theory and Practice of Learning Organizations' based on Deming's principles, Garmston's 'Cognitive Coaching' and William Glasser's 'Choice Theory'. In her consulting practice, she has developed personal insights for the teaching of confident problem solving, self-directed learning and for encouraging self-efficacy. Applying these thinking processes to the business world has lead to a system for pro-active planning, continuous improvement and efficient communications.
Recently certified as an Interior Alignment Feng Shui Practitioner, she is applying the clutter clearing techniques to offices and businesses to improve workflow and energy balance.
Ms. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in math, creative arts and education from Western Michigan University and a Masters of Arts degree in educational administration form the University of Michigan. She grew up in Michigan and lives along the shoreline of Lake Michigan where she enjoys kayaking, swimming, biking, yoga, and gardening
